GENERAL CONDITIONS:
A credit card number is required to confirm the booking.
Room rates include taxes and service charge.
Method of Payment: All charges for the entire length of stay to be settled in advance before or upon check-in.

STANDARD RATE:
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, one night-stay per room will be charged on your credit card.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
Booking is non-refundable; In case of cancellation or in case of no-show, full stay per room will be charged on your credit card

CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is from 14:00 PM & check-out until 12:00 noon.
Note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the “No. of Adults” box.

Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation. Cancellation policy will apply.

5% Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT will be introduced across the UAE on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be added on guest bill upon departure.
